How It Works Send us your measurements and reference photos by email at info@sajjadandsons.com or via WhatsApp. We'll prepare a free custom quote for your project. On request, we can also provide a visual mockup or a technical CAD drawing to help you plan. Once your design is approved, production begins in our Lahore workshop. Your finished piece is then shipped door-to-door, fully tracked, with customs and duty handled on our end. Investment Every geometric stair railing is priced individually, based on the exact curve, height, and length of your staircase, along with your chosen finish. Because no two staircases are the same shape, we don't publish a flat rate for this design — send us your measurements and photos and we'll return a firm, no-obligation quote within 24 to 48 hours, DDP with duty, freight, and delivery included. Three Approvals Before Anything Ships Nothing is made, finished or shipped without your written approval, and each approval is tied to a payment stage, so you are never paying ahead of work you have not seen. First, the drawing. Before any metal is cut, we send you a fabrication drawing showing exact sizes, section profiles and the full design layout. Nothing is cut until you have approved it in writing. Second, the bare metalwork, before paint. Once the piece is fabricated we send photographs and video of it on the workshop floor in bare metal, so you can check shape, proportion and joints while changes are still straightforward. No finish is applied until you approve. Third, the finished piece, after paint. Final photographs and video in your chosen colour and finish, before anything is packed. The shipment is not booked until you have approved this stage. Every approval is dated and recorded against the photographs you approved, and the completed record is sent to you with your documents. Featured Project The railing shown here is a completed Sajjad & Sons commission — a hand-forged geometric fretwork railing for a curved spiral staircase, built for a private residence in Lahore, Pakistan. Interlocking square and rectangular panels are finished in a warm gold accent tone, following the full curve of the staircase with a matching handrail and landing balustrade. Every panel was forged and fitted by hand in our workshop before being installed on site. This is not a render or a catalogue image — it's real ironwork, built by our own craftsmen, standing at a client's property today. Materials and Finish Options Each railing is handmade using wrought iron, with an interlocking geometric fretwork pattern built to follow straight, curved, or spiral staircase configurations. Available finishes include matte black, gloss black, antique bronze, black with gold accent, or a custom RAL color matched to your property. Shipping and Timeline Production takes 4 to 8 weeks in our Lahore workshop depending on the scale and complexity of the project, followed by 4 to 6 weeks of international freight to the USA, UK, Europe or Australia. We handle export-grade packaging, including timber crating for larger runs, and can arrange either port pickup or door-to-door delivery, DDP (all duties and taxes included in your quote, no surprise fees on arrival).
