Once the design is confirmed, production begins in our Lahore workshop, with progress photos shared at key stages. Investment On multi-unit and estate-scale work, where the same pattern repeats across many elevations, the per-foot rate drops considerably — projects at that scale are quoted as a single itemized package, typically in the range of USD $95 to $265 per linear foot depending on design, so the price stays consistent across every unit. For smaller orders, prices are calculated as per project scope. Three Approvals Before Anything Ships Nothing is made, finished or shipped without your written approval, and each approval is tied to a payment stage, so you are never paying ahead of work you have not seen. First, the drawing. Before any metal is cut, we send you a fabrication drawing showing exact sizes, section profiles and the full design layout. Nothing is cut until you have approved it in writing. Second, the bare metalwork, before paint. Once the piece is fabricated we send photographs and video of it on the workshop floor in bare metal, so you can check shape, proportion and joints while changes are still straightforward. No finish is applied until you approve. Third, the finished piece, after paint. Final photographs and video in your chosen colour and finish, before anything is packed. The shipment is not booked until you have approved this stage. Every approval is dated and recorded against the photographs you approved, and the completed record is sent to you with your documents. Materials and Finish Options Built in hand-forged wrought iron worked hot and cold, with cast iron finial details welded into the frame and mild steel structural components where needed. Available in matte black, gloss black, antique bronze, or a custom RAL color. Shipping and Timeline Production takes 4 to 8 weeks in our Lahore workshop depending on the scale and complexity of the project, followed by 4 to 6 weeks of international freight to the USA, UK, Europe or Australia. We handle export-grade packaging, including timber crating for larger runs, and can arrange either port pickup or door-to-door delivery, DDP (all duties and taxes included in your quote, no surprise fees on arrival).
